Well, there's the nda - Big Edit Thing (BET), Awks 3.0 for the everyday
stuff & AWGS for more demanding needs (although a little slow, unless 
you are operating off a HD).

There's TIC (very powerful, good for scripting), ProTerm 2.2 (ok, 
there's also v3.0, but I like v2.2, unless I need Zmodem) is the
BEST application.
