ConsoleOut is ignored if the process is in the background then.

BTW, The init file (the other thing I used besides the patch) is also not
needed in 1.1. It patches GetStdRefNum, which GNO 1.1 already does.

They are a temporary solution until GNO 1.1 is officially released...
