That's why phone numbers were included in the list--you'll have to
log out of your university's machines, hang up from their terminal
server, and dial out (on your own dime) to access these systems. Some
systems (like mine) are on Fidonet and can exchange email with
Internet sites, but that's as close as the Internet gets to most
BBSes.
