OK, I did bump into one last issue: 

Is there a wildcard I can use to represent "all files" in MUFFIN ?

I select s6d1 as source, s6d2 as destination, then it asks for a
filename

do i seriously have to do this for every specific file ?

Is there a wildcard to represent COPY ALL to MUFFIN at this stage in
the conversion ?

there are like 50 files per disk. I don't have the constitution to do
this one at a time. 

*  did not work  ("INVALID FILENAME")
