Problem w/ Salvation startup

I'm now having problems starting Salvation off floppy to
repair my HD.  Where I had no problems before, now I get
the initial screen, the mouse pointer disappears, and my
keystrokes just get me a bonk sound.  Any clues?

Running on ROM 01, 4 Mb, RAMfast D talking to a 127Mb Shadow,
System 6.  Thanks in advance.
