Dear Mr. Fether,

  I'd like to thank you for keeping csa2 so interesting.  You have 
single-handedly caused all of the people here to band together against 
you, and for that I applaud you.  You have sacrificed your intelligence, 
self-respect, dignity, verasity, popularity, and humanity for the cause 
of bringing the Apple II community together for a common goal, the 
complete annialation of Toilet Rock (Jon Fether for those of you in 
Torrance, CA).  You have also caused to be created the most active 
conference to date on FutureNet.  Yes, I'm talking about 
alt.fether.die.die.die.  You have brought so much happiness and fun to 
those of us who would have otherwise led boring and un-eventful lives. I 
know I speak for everyone out there when I stand up and applaud you and 
say "Thank You, Thank You Mr. Fether.  Your sacrifice will not go 
un-noticed."
