Well, it sounds like you don't have a hard drive.  You basically need
a hard drive to run it, unless you can copy the whole thing onto a
/RAM disk or something.  I can't remember if it works under System
5.0.4.  You also should copy the Tool035 (I think that's the midiSynth
toolset) into your */System/Tools directory (the *= the name of your
system disk).
