Sure! When that box appears on the screen, grab a broad, felt-tip marker
(permanent black ink is suggested), and with a bold stroke cover those
offending words.

Then, in the remaining white space, write in your own message of joy and
delight. I've tested this, and it works! But be swift in your actions: unless
you have many startup icons marching across the screen, the "Welcome" message
won't be onscreen for very long. :)
