Another method (which will work with all programs that use the print manager)
is to copy the LaserWriter printer driver into */system/drivers, then select it
for printing. But instead of just pressing return to print, hold Apple-F
while you click OK. Keep jolding the keys until you're told a file is being
created. The file will be created in */system/drivers.
