assistance with apple file conversion

Hello,
I appologize before hand if this is not the right forum for my questions.

I have a problem ...
I have a number of macdraw files which I use to produce transparances. However, all of my wordprocessing is done in latex on a unix box. Thus, I would want to
convert my macdraw files to postscript files. Once done, I can include the postscript files into my latex document and I'm happy.

BUT: Macdraw doesn't seem to support printing to a ps file.

I've attempted to find some file conversion utilities from archived sites. `
those that I have found (no guarentee that they will do what I want) are hqx
files - and we don't have the decompresser. Again, I've tried to find some, butwhen I pull them from the archives and transfer them to the mac system, it ends up as a rather impotent document.

I would appreciate any assitance, pointers to working utility programs or betteryet, some mystical program which, when executed, does exactly what I want.

Please email directly - it will save me from having to sort through the posts on this newsgroup.

Thanking in advance,
Brian d'Auriol
