The 9MHz ZIPs obviously __not__. 10Mhz: Perhaps, dunno? Someone check?
But a 10Mhz is so expensive it proably isn't worth it any more.
Easiest thing would probably be to find a hardware store near you
that does chip level repair (no matter of which devices), they usually
have __great__ desoldering stations, with the aid of these it's easy to
get the sockets out and new sockets in.
