WANTED: Appleworks documents to IBM (help)

Hi all!
	I'm looking for a program (commerical if only option) which will
allow me to convert Appleworks 2.0 documents created on an Apple ][e on
128Kbyte disks to anything (well say Excel/WinWord) on a 386DX based PC.

Any help is better than none (which is what I currently have).
