Shaston fonts - is there a TT font? (2nd try)

Don't know what happened on my first try to post this message - only my

I have been working with a program (Your Money Matters) in which I am not
given a choice of fonts for the report printouts. I think I am right in
assuming that Desktop programs such as this use the font Shaston?  Well,
Shaston gives a stair-step font because I do not have the Shaston TrueType
which I guess from my looking around, does not exist (?)  Am I right on
this assumption?
