Powerpad cable needed

Does anyone have what is called a Chalkboard Power Pad?  I bought one at a
Computer swap meet a while back and found I didn't have the cable for it.
The cable has on one end a male plug that fits into the Apple IIe internal 
game I/O port. The other end is a male plug that fits into what looks like a
telephone modular jack except with about 8 wires instead of the four on a
phone. 
 
If you have one of these or have an idea on how the thing is wired so I 
could make or have one made I would appreciate hearing about it.
Unfortunately I think the company is out of business.
