Resources -- The Greatest!

I don't see why people are flaming resources.  What we need is some utilities to
 manipulate resource files from the GNO/ORCA shell.  That would be useful.  Anot
her useful thing would be a "rBin" format for storing application specific, not
in any other category, resources.  Folks at apple should do something about it e
