Nope.  There is a utility posted to comp.binaries.apple2 a while back
called ``uu'' that uuencodes and uudecodes files on any Apple // that
can run ProDOS.  It's archived in on wuarchive.wustl.edu under
/usenet/comp.binaries.apple2/Util/uu.bsq.Z.  You'll have to
``uncompress'' the file, then download it to your // and use BINSCII and
Shrink-It on the archive.
