Set up another printer as a 'silentype', but set to print to disk or another
Apple.  Then print your database report to this 'diskfile printer'.  It will
look like your screen report format.  The print to file command in Appleworks
is meant for exporting files.  It prints the entire field, separated by
tab or return control characters depending on which option your choose.
So you must print to a printer mapped to a disk file instead.  Confusing?
