I'm not sure in the US but from here in Canada, when I called to order a Ram
board they only ship Fed Ex and no longer use UPS. This made shipping charges
go from around $15 to $60. They will also ship to Canada via US mail IF you
mail them a cheque first. Sounds like they may have had some problems with
UPS?
