Wow, cool dual processor main board. Id be inclined to put pin 21 of
one of those DIP40's back into its socket though. It could well fix

As mentioned, the card is not a peripheral board, but a ROM pack. This
was a concept used by cloners to ship the apple roms via normal post
circumventing the customs confiscation carnage that was going on at
the time.
The idea worked well.
