Connecting IIgs <=> IBM.... need help

I am trying to connect my Acer to my Apple IIgs via a null-modem cable.
How can I do it? Can I buy the cable ready-made?
WHich are the correct pin alignments?

Which software would I need?

My purpose is to transfer the warez I FTP in InterNet (which I can only put
on MS DOS disks) to my IIgs... without having to go to a Macintosh...

Also I would like to share my ImageWriter II, say bring a MS DOS document to
AppleWorks GS and then print it..

Well, if anyone can help I would be very grateful.
