ZZ Copy does NOT have PHX II built in.  ZZ Copy is by the French United
Crackers Klan, who have no affiliation with the FTA.  ZZ Copy is completely
different both internally and interface-wise from Photonix.  Additionally, the
BRAM counter in PHX doesn't hurt anything and doesn't step on any currently
(System 6.0) defined locations.

God I love `scary' rumors, and the deflation thereof.
