This is for Phil.  :)

Take Out of This World for example, it use resources, but keeps the sounds
in a seperate resource file.  So the user can keep the game run with
out the sounds.  The game is on 2 files ( 1 is game, 1 is sound ), and it's
MUCH simpler than bunch of data, sound dirs...
