Yep... this is very handy for printing out press releases or other
messages captured off a BBS. Newsletter editors also prefer to have
submissions in paragraph format. ;-) With SW, I can load in the
captured text, paragraph-format it and apply the correct fonts, sizes
and styles for publication all in one shot.

No, why? If you use curly quotes most of the time, it's easier just
to set the preference and hit " or ' and let SW figure out if it should
be an open or close quote. Why would someone "always toggle the
preference"?
