Chan, I can't speak for the net, and can only informally speak for grind.isca.
I don't think anyone would object to the donation.  ISCA prefers 1Gig drive
only to maximize space for its seven SCSI Ids.  But I doubt they would refuse
to put up a 768Meg drive.

Why don't you put up the drive on your system?  Or is there admin. concerns
at your site?  I'll keep archiving cba2 at grind.isca regardless if the
main archive site is here, I think.  I offered grind.isca because I know they
are willing to put up a drive.  I'm still looking for volunteers to maintain
the actual file contents.  I think anyone with telnet access could maintain
the archive(s) just fine.
