This is totally false. There are no buggy ROM 3 machines. And it is not due
to bugs in the ROMs that older FTA demos do not run; it is due to bad
programming practices by the FTA. (Indeed, everything released under the FTA
name has a ROM 3 compatible version or is already ROM 3 compatible...its the
ACS stuff that gets into trouble). As for keyboard buffering, it exists on
both machines. The ROM 3 has Keyboard Mouse built in which the ROM 1 needs a
software addon to do.
