1) If all you have is the disk, you gotta get some hardware, like a SuperDrive
or something, maybe on a Mac. The realistic thing is to get a Apple II of
some sort, and transfer it over on a connection.

There's a couple of ways to port over. Traditionally, you can use
SkrinkIt to make a file out of the disk, then xmodem it over. On
the pc, use nulib to make a .DSK file out of it, and you then run
a program named 'mapper' to reshuffle the sectors to Apl2em-2 format.

2) Get the group alt.emulators.ibmpc.apple2, and if your machine doesn't
get it, request the system manager to get that group.

3) Ftp over to wilbur.stanford.edu, directory tree pub/apple2. Support
for the emulator hass been great, but wilbur had a crash recently and you
will want to keep checking as the software gets restored.

4) The emulator FAQ is available on wilbur, and appears in a.e.i.a2
   from time to time.
