ftp commands

There are a number of bugs/features of grinds ftp that will be 
fixed when classes get out. I will be replacing ftpd with Simtels 
source, and and changing the format of the .dir files and moving 
the .dir files into the file directories. (/bbs/tree goes away)
I have planned these changes for the past two months but did 
not have the disk space to do it until now. I may be able to fix
everything but ftpd over the next two fridays.
I expect these problems to be fixed before the money is collected
for the Apple// drive, if not you can decide to pick another site 
for the drive.
  
So Apple2'ers.  There is the latest on grind.isca.uiowa.edu as a possible
archive site.
