Conversion Technology is not, to my knowledge, reachable via email.
None of their literature mentions an email address of any kind,
Internet or otherwise.  Also, in several conversations I've had with
them (him, actually) in the past month or two, he has never mentioned
such a thing.  I will say that if you try calling during the evening
or on a weekend, you have a better chance of reaching him than during
the day.  Or, rather, that has been my experience.
