Where to get AppleWorks to MS Word converter?

Having recently purchased MS Word for the Mac, I was dismayed to find 
that it did not include something that I need:  a converter between 
AWorks and MSWord.  I had thought that it was a standard part of the 
package.

So now I need someone to point me out to a place where I can get 
something like a Works to Word Transporter for Apple File Exchange so 
that I can get these AWP files moved.

(No, I have not given up on the II line.  One of my uses of the mac will 
be as a fileserver for my IIgs.)
