I've `admitted' at least 3 times on this thread that its better than the 
competition.  I am not `attacking' T2.  I do think that the press release was a
tad rose-colored and I hate to see people make uninformed decisions. I do have
a lot of problems with Jim's general lack of support on my technical questions
and his habit of taking off on long vacations several times a year.  I'd hate
to see general users being brushed off even half as badly.
