I don't actually know anything about them, as I have never used one, but Sun 
Remarketing seems to do quite a bit with them.  As I recall, they have books,
sofware, and replacement parts.  They've never struck me as cheap, but I've
done business with them before, and they were curteous and helpful.  If you
give them a call, they'll send you a free catalog.  The number is:
1-800-821-3221.  They have an answering machine to take messages when nobody
is there to take your call.
