I own both Publish-It! and GraphicWriter III.  The choice you have to make
depends on what you want to use the program for.  Publish-It! is kind of
limited as to what you can do with page layout, graphics, etc.  GraphicWriter
III offers the capabilities of color and an advanced graphic tooling system
that Publish-It! does not.

Basically, GraphicWriter has a few more features than Publish-It!, probably
because it is written for the GS and not the //e, //c.  But I hear TimeWorks
is offering some super deal like Publish-It! for $40 or something.  I think I
would still go for GraphicWriter, however.
