grappler for //c

I have a grappler parallel printer adapter for my //c.  This device
consists of an interface cable to the //c's serial port, a small box
containing a logic board, and an interface to a parallel printer
(centronics).  It has a port on the box for what I assume is a ac
adapter.  As I bought the system used it is of course missing the
adapter ;-).  Does anyone out there have one of these beasts?  If you
would post the specifics from the adapter so that I could try to replace
it I would be grateful.  Alternatively, does anybody have a current
address for Orange Micro ( the manufacturer of the grappler)?
