Summary: VMH.8

Speaking of Metal, I've just posted VMH.8 to cba. This version of VMH.8
is for those of you who have crashing problem (as in crashing into
monitor) with Metal. This particular version of VMH.8 was provided to
me by J. Buchanan at Apple Byte GS, supposely obtained from TC days
before TC place Metal up for free distribution.

I had crashing problem with Metal using VMH.8 extracted from METAL109.BXY.
Now that I have switched over to the one provided by J. Buchanan, the
crashing problem has gone away. Now I just need to get XFER to work...
