It's a fantasic floppy disk cacheing program by Bill Basham, author of
DiversiCopy, DiversiTune, etc.  It caches one or both of your floppy
drives, up to 800K worth.  Really speeds floppy disk up, although the
optimum cache is about 128K, IMO.
