KERMIT and Apple ][+ Info

Thanks to everyone who gave me the soft-switch maps for the 16k RAM card
on the Apple ][+.  Unfortunately, it's the same as in the //e and I was
hoping it was simpler.  Anyway, because of this fact, my next question:

Since one can use ProDOS with BASIC.SYSTEM on a 48k Apple, does anyone
happen to know where I can get a copy of KERMIT that runs under DOS 3.3?
(I've already got the ProDOS version, KERMIT-65).

Again, e-mail would be best.
