I dunno, Steve - a May deadline seems ok to me - those of us who are 
going to temporarily lose their internet access know who we are, anc 
can make our commitment early.  The rest of us may need to wait a while
longer (like me - the second half of the month is a &%&^% when it comes
to finding extra bux in the budget)  so the middle of May seems reasonable.

Other than that... yer right on the money in my book
