ZipGS SRAM questions

I am upgrading my ZipGS to use the 14MHz 65816 and I
need some advice on upgrading my SRAM.

First, I have the 600 mil sockets. The only SRAM chips I
can find for these are the SONY 35ns chips (Microprocessors
Unlimited). WILL THESE CHIPS WORK UP TO 14 MHz (although the
Zip tops out at 12ish I would like to get SRAM rated for 14
to give me some breathing room.)???

Second, I have some 600 to 300 mil adaptors. But, I have heard
that I need low power or very low power SRAM chips for these
to work properly. My problem is that Microprocessors Unlimited
was of no help in determining if the chips they carry were low
or very low power. Does anyone have the name of a chip and
vendor that would suit my needs? (If I go with the skinny chips
I may go down to 20ns if the price isn't too outrageous).

Lastly, where can I shop for SRAM chips other than Microprocessors
Unlimited???

(I don't feel comfortable with replacing my wide sockets with skinny
sockets. Just in case you were coing to suggest that! :) ).

Thanks,

Paul Schultz
