More ideas for the permanent Apple II archive

I was talking to Terry Steeper the other day on a local BBS and he
suggested that we buy a 660-meg hard drive instead for the following
reason: CD mastering. When the drive fills up, it can be transferred
to a CD-ROM and duplicated. Then we can sell the disks as further
revenue. This is just a preliminary thought (i.e., I don't know what
the market is like for Apple II CD-ROM's and I don't know how much it
will cost to master and duplicate the disks), but it gives us a definite
goal to reach. If we get enough money, we'll just buy two 660-meg HD's
and fill those up.

Another point: how "far back" are we going to go with the archive?
Do we include only ProDOS stuff? What about DOS 3.3, CP/M and Pascal
disks? Should those be included as well?
