I have a ~105mb HFS partition. As far as I can tell, it seems to be same speed
as the ProDOS.FST. But if you start to copy large number of small files,
ProDOS.FST appears to be much faster than HFS.FST. But HFS.FST seems to be
able to deal with large files ( like 2mb files ) quicker than ProDOS.FST. I
have no data to back it up, it's just my feelings.
