That's 23 people who have offered to contribute $20.  Some have
offered more, but let's try to get 70 people first.

As for site, I don't think we should go for any place with a
maintenance fee.  Grind.uiowa.edu may allow us to set up our drive
there.  Otherwise, I'm thinking maybe we could swap some disk space
(200 megs?) in exchange for the maintenance.
