All instruments combined must be less than 64k, and in practice a lot less.
Each instrument's size for purposes of playing is rounded up to one of the
following:
256 (all sizes in bytes).
512
1024
2048
4096
8192
16384
32768
Once the rounding-up is done, each instrument may only be placed on a boundry
that's an even multiple of its size (1k instruments only fit on 1k boundries).
This is due in part to the Ensoniq's use of drop-sample tuning instead of VCOs
such as on the Amiga.
