If there are both startup _and_ running expenses involved, I would be happy
to volunteer as treasurer and offer the following concepts:
1.  Get a free account from Great Western bank (we have a local branch
where I do my banking)
2.  Post a monthly P&L statement and balance sheet, with the latter being
audited by the banker.
3.  Include the name and phone number of the auditing banker in case anyone
wants to audit the auditor.

I have a gut feeling (not confirmed) that a national outfit like Great
Western would provide some menial free services as a trade off for getting
their name in front of a few thouand folks each month.
