Your system is failing the quarter second interrupt test.  Sounds like
a software problem - especially since it looks like your hardware
hasn't changed much for a while.  Have you installed any new pieces of
software recently?

I'm sure other people will post more informed information, but maybe
what I've said will help you get started....

(Besides, I'm awake at this strange hour, and I have a compulsion not
to do my Algorithms homework.)
