I believe that this is the Color Classic that Apple is touting nowadays.
Basically it's an LCII in a compact case. Most Macs can run IBM software
with a DOS emulator software. I believe its called Soft-PC. Since its an
LCII, you can plug in the Apple IIe emulator card in its PDS.
