Using ftp.apple.com; acquiring file uncrunchers ?

	I can get to ftp.apple.com and have no trouble pulling the
	files to my workstation.  As an old ][ man though, I don't
	recognize or possess any of these binary squeezed formats.

	1) Where can I get copies of these utilities ?

	2) How come the ][ files I see are much bigger than an
	   Disk ][ format 5.25" floppy ?  (Shouldn't the latest
	   ProDOS-8 be able to fit on a Disk ][ floppy ?!)
