More ?'s about HD Install

Well, I've managed to install Dungeon Master thanks to a DOTW. 
Now I'm trying to do the same with Battle Chess.  However, the
same method doesn't work.  Anyone who has successfully installed
it, please post how you did it.

Another question, HD Install is supposed to work with Spirit of
Excalibur.  But I thought it was never released for the GS.  If
it was how do I get it?
