Wrong. I was charged two months ago and I still haven't seen
anything. For the most part, I'm waiting patiently, but I have been
bugging Mike via GEnie e-mail. I don't really like getting my credit
card charged at the beginning of February and then waiting months.

I sure hope so too. Which is one of the reasons I'm being patient. I
would rather have a cleaner version and wait a _little_ bit longer.
Waiting 3-6 months is not acceptable.

I'm not sure why I should trust you.

Well, actually, we should care less about such factors. Good
businesses should keep their customers informed if unexpected delays
arise, and they should _not_ charge credit cards until they ship. If
a developer can't get the product out the door when they say they will
(unless you're a mammoth company like Microsoft) you should expect
people to either go elsewhere or do without.
