FTP anonymous

Hi everyone. I seem to be having a problem getting
files form: cco.caltech.edu.
My only way to get files there is by sending FTP mail.
 
I usually post an email on the Internet sent to:
 
ftpmail@decwrl.dec.com
 
With a message body:
 
reply ad657@Freenet.carleton.ca
connect cco.caltech.edu
binary
uuencode
chdir /pub/apple2/
chunksize 40000
ls
get FILELIST.31MAR1993
quit
 
 
Later I get the following message:
