I tried it on KEGS 0.91 on Windows - I was able to get it to work by
1) mounting the .PO as a disk and installing, then 2) copying
MOUNTIT.PO to the hard drive image via CiderPress.  Double-clicking on
MOUNTIT.PO in the finder mounted the image for me.

A "bug" of sorts:
1) put physical MOUNTIT disk in a floppy drive
2) have MOUNTIT.PO image copied to hard drive
3) double-click on MOUNTIT.PO in finder
4) GSOS complains - "same name; eject or rename"
5) choose to eject .DISKIMAGEA
6) eject physical floppy now too
7) double-click on MOUNTIT.PO in finder to retry
7) nothing happens!
